        Our policy distinguishes between Fixed Designs (Standard Collection) and Custom Orders to ensure fairness and quality for all customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

        1. Policy by Product Type

        A . Custom Orders (Bespoke Items)

        Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refundsonce the item has been shipped.

          • Approval Process:During the creation process, we will communicate with you to confirm product details. We only ship after you have expressed satisfaction with the design.
          • Final Sale:Once shipped, the sale is considered final and irreversible

        B . Fixed Designs (Standard Collection)

        For non-custom items, we accept claims onlyfor items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”

        2. Damages & Mandatory Unboxing Video

        To ensure fairness, we require all customers to record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package. This applies to both Custom and Fixed designs if a damage claim is made.

          • Step 1:Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
          • Step 2:If you find major structural damage (non-human caused), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
          • Step 3:Send your unboxing video and order number to our support team for review.

        Note: Claims without video proof or reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

        3. Handmade Nature & Minor Adjustments

        Please understand that our products are handmade using materials like glue, wire, and natural flowers.

          • Shipping Compression:Due to logistics, it is normal for flowers or leaves to be slightly compressed during transit. This is not a defect.
          • DIY Adjustment:In most cases, the shape can be restored by gently adjusting the petals or wires with your fingers.
          • Preservation:Preserved flowers may naturally fade slightly over time (usually after one year). This is normal wear and tear and is not grounds for a refund.

          • Response Time:We will review your claim (via Email or WhatsApp) and respond within 24 hours on business days.
          • Refund Processing:If your refund request is approved based on the damage assessment, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval.
          • Bank Disclaimer: Please note that while we process the refund instantly on our end, your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to post the funds to your account.
